Abstract: Customer relationship management system is a powerful tool for the enterprises to enhance competitiveness. For the fact that there are some drawbacks about the CRM systems on the markets today, this paper put forward a new CRM system architecture based on SOA and Multi-agent. This system solves the disadvantages of lacking personality, flexibility and system compatibility and it provides a reference for the development and improvement of the CRM sys- tems.
