Abstract: In navigation satellite constellation system, the visibility relationship between satellites changes continuously because of the continual movement of satellite, which makes the link selection to be a big chal- lenge. This study considers the navigation satellite constellation that has inter-ISL and intra-ISL, and takes satellite-link states into comprehensive consideration. Through the comparison of the shortest path scheme and k-shortest path scheme, I put forward a kind of ISL scheme for navigation constellation, and I carry on the simulation research. Finally this paper draws some useful results.
