Abstract:	This paper provide a dynamic layered deficit round robin scheduling mode based on DRR (deficit round robin). The algorithm, by tracking the latest length of buffer and the speed of data of some specific COS queues can dynamically change the preserved bandwidth through adjusting the quantum, so that satisfies the QoS of some real-time service.
