Abstract: This paper is concerned with the quasineutral numerical limit of a singularly perturbed mixed system of para- bolic and elliptic equations modeling p-n junction devices. Select the time-dependent semiconductor drift diffusion equa- tions as a model, which has the physical doping profile D(x). when solve the equations we sub the following steps : first , given the brond range divided into rectangular grids , and then , using the method of differential equations given by the discrete , to be its discrete equations , and finally using a computer program calculate their numerical results.
