Abstract: In the development process, it will cost developers a lot of time to implement a graphical user interface for windows application and the final work is not so good as graphics designers’ artwork. On the other hand, most of graphics designers are familiar with flash and can create fantastic and attractive interface based on it. The pure flash application also has its weakness that it runs more slowly than na- tive windows application. This article introduces a two-way communication method between native windows application and flash application. Based on it, flash graphics designers and native windows program developers can work respectively; their works can be easily integrated into one system which has attractive looks and high running speed. The advantages of the method have been validated in the prototype system.
