Abstract: In the ASIC verification register verification play a vital role. This paper describes the traditional register verification scheme based VMM verification platform, and describes an efficient register verification scheme RAL. Through the simulation results of the program statistical comparison, in terms of efficiency and reuse, RAL has obvious advantages. Project proved that, RAL scheme has higher efficiency and reliability in register verification, and can easily be integrated in the VMM verification platform.
