Abstract: Ultra-short wireless communication has been used in many departments. Because of its removability, agility, reliability, easy to operate and maintain, it plays a more and more important role. In the army of border, this technology can enhance the communication during the Communication station. And the acentric net will enhance the safety of communication. Using the area without center network group form the network structure of ultrashort wave of network protocol, and the design of various levels. In determining the network structure, then according to the specific geographic conditions and distribution of the base of the relevant engineering calculation, thus determine the whole scheme. This paper discusses the conceptual construction of the network, an also concern the problem in the work.
