Abstract: With the development of computer technology and promotion of information technology, more and more service-networks need computer system. However, due to the relatively singleness of functional requirements of the service networks, using personal computer has problems of high investment and service cost, partial function unable to implement. In recent years, the rapid developed embedded computer technology make the embedded SOC system, from the performance side, fully able to meet the actual requirements of most service-networks. This development created conditions for industrialization of embedded intelligent device. In this paper, an embedded wireless intelligent terminal will be designed to meet to information management requirements of terminal distribution
