Abstract: Software reliability is an important quality characteristic of software. This paper discusses the process of Software Reliability Testing. It proposes the solutions to implementing the software reliability testing including operational profiles generation, test case design, testing environment establishment and software reliability estimation. This method has been applied successfully to some embedded software.
