Abstract: Multilayered conductives polypropylene and carbon black filled polypropylene PA1010 (PP/PP+PA+CB) composites were prepared via the microlayered coextrusion system designed ni our lab. SEM observation indicated that the alternating stratified shtructure is formed and the carbone black particles were almost selectively loacted in the PA which formed fibrous structure and connected with each other to form a special co-continuous structure. So a perfect conductive path was formed in the material, and result in good conductive properties of the composites.
