Abstract: This electronic Magnetic nanopaticles (MNP) were prepared via a co-precipitation process, and its surface was functionalized by silanization reaction with (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES). Then, the magnetic nanopaticles grafting hydrophobic poly(amino acids) (MNP-PBLG) were synthesized by surface- initiated ring-opening polymerization of N-carboxyanhydride of γ-benzyl-L-glutamate (BLG-NCA) in DMF. The morphology and structure information were characterized by the measure of FT-IR, TGA, SEM, etc. Prepared novel magnetic core-shell nanoparticles have a good potential as intelligent carriers in drug delivery.
