Abstract: Diamond-like carbon(DLC) film is a new kind of functional films, widely used in mechanics, electrons, optics, magnetic dielectric protection and medicine. With the development of solar cells, searching for alternative materials has become a key researchful point. With the help of its wide optical band and favourable doped character, DLC film has been in a high favor. This paper summarized the investigative outline of amorphous silicon film solar cells which is used DLC and predicted the future trends on this field.
