Abstract: Doped with 0.1wt%MnCO3 0.05WT%Fe2O3 and various concentration(0.5mol%、1mol%、 1.5mol%)In2O3.Using Si-c rod as heating body In:Fe:Mn:LiNbO3 crystals by Czochralski method. The using Ar+ ion Laser 488.onm blue light as light source storage properties were measure, diffraction efficiency, sensitivity and dynamic range comparing with than that experiment great extent increase. The charge carrier type were measured, charge carrier type hole is dominant. The mechanism blue light storage properties enhance of In:Fe:Mn:LiNbO3 crystals is researching.
