Abstract: studied laser cutting used on sintered NdFeB magnets. The results showed that, if used laser cutting, the samples would get better efficiency and modest roughness, when their thickness were less than 6mm, and the samples had obvious blow fracture and heat influence area, when their thickness were 10mm.
