Abstract: PINT ferroelectric single crystals were prepared by flux method. The dielectric and pyroelectric behaviors were investigated in the temperature region between 20℃ and 450℃. Ferroelectric phase to ferroelectric phase and ferroelectric phase to paraelectric phase transitions were observed with increasing temperatures. The temperature dependence of spontaneous polarization in the ferroelectric phases was also obtained by measuring the pyroelectric current.
