Abstract: The water atomization nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Sil5.5B7 magnetic powder core with better soft magnetic properties were prepared.Influence of insulation and annealing on magnetic properties of powder core was investigated. It was found that too high or too low annealing tempreture is bad to magnetic properties and the best tempreture is 500℃;The insulating coating can increase magnetic properties evidently. The optium insulating materials content is 3.0%.
