Abstract: At present study, the leftover materials of NiTi shape memory alloy was melt via vacuum induction melting in graphite crucible. After hot rolling, the alloy plates were aged at different temperature. The martensitic transformation behavior was analysed by DSC. The result shows that, during the heat cycling thermo-elastic martensitic transformation of remelting alloys occurs. Different martensitic transformation behvior of remelting alloys aged at different temperature are observed during the heat cycling, but the effect law of aging temperature on the transfomation behavior of remelting alloys is the same as that on the intial alloys. Especially, B2→R, B2→B19′ and R→B19′ three steps transformation behavior occurs in the remelting alloys after aged at 450℃. Generally, the transformation temperature of remelting alloys decreases and the temperature interval of reverse-transformtion increases.
