Abstract: Based on the hash situation faced by oil field enterprise, according to the latest research of sustainable development and healthy development and evaluation theory at home and abroad in recent years, integrating with current practice of oil finery enterprises, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of oil finery enterprise’s healthy development, constructs oil finery enterprise’s healthy development evaluation model with AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy synthetically evaluation and carries on the positive analysis.
