Abstract: Development of early warning systems for the social security funds contributes a major part to the safety of the social security funds and provides a fundamental measure to improve the social security systems. In this paper, we analyze and design the model of warning System for social Security funds by using the method of OOA and UML. Accordingly, it could make system with more applicability and expansibility.
