Abstract: The history of human civilization is a history of people struggling with nature, while science and technology are tools for producing relationships between human and nature. This paper analyzes the problems of human survival in technological era deeply through the collection of domestic and foreign research achievements about these problems. These problems have great relationship with technology development, and to some extent are negative effects of science and technology. So the only way out of the predicament of human is to adhere to people-centered, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
