Abstract: This paper establishes a complete set of location selection program on the basis of western location selection theory and combined with the actual situation in our country. As to the analytical method, Geographic Information System (GIS) that combines geographic factors with management technology is applied in this paper, and Retailers Location Selection GIS is developed based on ArcGIS and VB development language. By this approach analyzing process is more scientific and the outcome is more perceivable.
