Abstract: Fund is one of the main investment modes among medium and low income residents who are considered to take a larger percent of all the residents in Shenyang. This paper makes an assessment on the investment environment of fund for medium and low income residents in Shenyang based on the grey model. In the end, some suggestions and development countermeasures were proposed pointedly.
