Abstract: the basic task of fostering talents in universities and colleges determines the teaching management in university management in the central position. This paper, starting from the service marketing idea first detailed analysis of service marketing "customer oriented" and the concept of our country college teaching management "education service" concept, then points out the commonality among the universities in our country slowly from planned economy times into the competitive market economy era under the new environment of the college teaching management strategy change before last, the existing problems of the service marketing tries to explore the university's teaching management reform thenew pathway, namely analysis service market and to formulate rational marketing strategies, improve the way of service, improve the service quality and enhance market competitiveness of college teaching management.
