Abstract: As the academic concentration carrier, academic authority exists in the university naturally. But as nationalism becoming the university subject, administrative power or a certain academic tendency is more and more occupying the university , traditional academic authorities are facing an unprecedented pressure and embarrassing situation. This paper is definiting the academic power, according to the facts that administrative power rejecting academic authorities, based on the view angle of management science, putting forward countermeasures of solving contradiction and exploration.
