Abstract: Two-sided matching theory, game theory as a new branch of research both in theory and in practice the operation, all the more remarkable game theory part. However, involving the introduction and application of this theory are very few. This article attempts to have the relevant basic theory collected and reviewed, the content of two-sided matching theory, the main types of domestic and international experience in research and application of the analysis are summarized, and the theory of university graduates and the job position applied between the theoretical explanations to the theory of two-sided matching lay more in-depth study of a reference base.
