In the context of enterprise cluster network, we constructed a relationship model of social capital, inter-firm knowledge transfer and innovation performance. This paper has empirical study, using the survey data of 216 manufacturing enterprises and the approach of structural equation model. Our findings confirm that organizational trust, organizational commitment, shared vision, the connection strength and network density that are three dimensions of social capital which are positively associated with inter-firm knowledge transfer, besides organization distance. At the same time, inter-firm knowledge transfer is positively associated with innovation performance.
