Abstract: Requirement of faculty structure in education transformation of military academy is analyzed. Based on contrasting domestic with foreign actuality of military professional education, disadvantage of competence construction of faculty in education transformation of domestic military academy has been induced, which is foundation of offering several subsequent corresponding countermeasures and feasible instances.
