Today, in the production process, the tension control is very important, especially in the manufacturing field, the need for strict control of tension to ensure system security and stability. This tension detection system designed for real-time intelligent monitoring of the changes of tension value, and for its variation, a corresponding adjustment to the rate of data acquisition in order to achieve efficient and accurate data detection. This system uses the mechanical structure of three-roller method, using the differential amplifier circuit, and variable metric algorithm is used to reduce the amount of sampling data to enhance the system's execution speed. The tension control system can be widely used in the field, greatly improves the rate of staff analysis of data, increasing work efficiency.
