Abstract: PE and health is relatively a new education curriculum, its fundamental purpose is to enhance the quality of life for all students. Furthermore, it makes vividly and definitely a connection between the overall development and healthy quality of students' life and physical education. At the same time, it embodies accurately the essence of the meaning of physical education. The core of PE and health course is for the development of all students and the return of original education meaning. In this study, we make a design of theory course of PE and health in the level of theory, in order to the design could contribute to the correct implement of teaching methods and relative means for PE and health curriculum of senior high.
