Abstract: This article applied natural bamboo fiber as the reinforced material and PLA as resin matrix which mixed with natural bamboo fiber to knit two kinds of lining fabric by the weft insertion. According to a special process the fabrics were molded into natural bamboo fiber/PLA composites in Plastic Hydraulic machine. Through the bending test was done on the universal strength machine, it knows that the vertical bending properties are better than that of the horizontal and diagonal, and the performance which bundled yarns is 12 is also better than that of bundled yarns is 6. In the same thickness of the plate, The bending property of vertical plate is better than that of Oblique and Horizontal, and finally through analysis of the curve of the bending load - displacement obtained bending mechanism.
