Abstract: Objective: To explore the concrete mental problems of the expanded university students in sino-foreign co-operational and to provide some theoretical basis for improving the mental guidance to the expanded university students in sino-foreign co-operational. Methods: A total of 927 expanded university students in sino-foreign co-operational and 945 normal university students were tested by symptom check list 90 (SCL-90). The results of SCL-90 and the percentage of the undergraduates' mental problems between the two groups were compared. Results: It was shown that the expanded university students in sino-foreign co-operational scored higher in the interpersonal sensitivity, intolerance, hostility than the national university students group. The normal university students scored low the interpersonal sensitivity, intolerance, hostility than the national university students group. Compared with the normal university students, the expanded university students in sino-foreign co-operational scored higher in compulsion, hostility, intolerance, the interpersonal sensitivity while lower in som-atization, anxiety. Conclusion: Apparently the expanded university students in sino-foreign co-operational mental problems are more serious than those of normal university students, especially in the interpersonal sensitivity.
