Abstract: Our higher education entered popular phase, the new campus construction, update of the teaching equipment and reserve of teacher resources spending bills that universities can not bear it. "Managerialism" and "economic rationalism" in the public management field produced revolutionary effects. Speed for funding higher education also relatively began to slow down; shortage of funds is always a big problem to the development of higher education. However the rapid development of modern finance mechanism provides many new financial products for higher education, this paper is based on such a big environment of higher education in the financing mechanism with personal financial, society, government and colleges related financial product development.
