Abstract: Management of digital archives is facing a crucial period of transition to knowledge management. Knowledge chain theory provides digital archives with a workable idea of knowledge management. This paper, according to the study on knowledge chain theory and model by domestic and foreign scholars, has tried to construct knowledge chain model of digital archives, and make a brief description of the principles and objectives and analysis of the construction.
