Abstract: In order to promote Chinese employment situation for physical education graduates, the present study make an analysis to physical education graduates employment influence factors on the basis of investigation of employment and related information feedback. The influence factors include social environment factors, graduates receive unit factors, colleges graduates' own, etc. According to the influence factors, the present paper put forward some pointed strategies for improve the situation of physical education graduates employment. For one thing, Chinese universities should limit the enrollment scale of physical education student. Secondly, Chinese PE departments should strength education about graduate choose a job, and promote reform of physical education curriculum system. Furthermore, relevant departments should strength the employment guidance, and improve the prediction of demand for talent through establishing and perfecting the graduates' employment feedback mechanism and employment market management system. Collectively, this paper aimed at provides theoretical reference and the policy support for relevant administrative departments.
