Abstract: The paper was based on Porter’s Diamond Model and the Competitive Power of Tianjin High-tech Industry which had state’s great support was analyzed from different angles of it. Through the analysis, several problems were pointed out and this paper gave the suggestion for them. All these things provided research foundation for analyzing, choosing and bringing into effect of the stratagem for the development of Tianjin High-tech Industry Competitive Power.
