Abstract: From understanding the concept of learning, the necessity of study and study purpose are analyzed carefully, summarizing the staff need to enhance learning and learn seriously. The importance of study is deeply studied in this paper, and the three experiences of life-long learning is summarized: namely, better grasp the lifelong learning, which is the objective needs of the industry competition; strengthen lifelong learning, which is the important guarantee for promotion and innovation of industry; enhance life-long learning, which is the demand for further improving our work ability. It has important learning value for deep study of lifelong learning in this paper.
