Abstract: In recent years, with housing price increasing crazily, the gap between the people's income and housing price widens. To middle-and-low income class, the dream of owning a house becomes more and more to realize. So it needs the government through security housing to help people achieve their dream. This paper, beginning with Tianjin housing Security, reviews its development history and analyses present situation. Then some suggestions are given, including four aspects--reforming and improving housing supply system， accelerating the reformation of related finance policy, strengthening reformation of relevant system and policies, and other reformation, to perfect Tianjin housing security system.
