Abstract: This article is based on the theory of a harmonious campus discussed innovation model of the college counselors’ guidance to the student mental health. This innovative model is the cultivation of positive psychology for students, guide students to explore their own potential and quality, and try to find a way to adapt to the environment with their most favorable advantages. First, build it based on the theory of harmony on campus, and then analyzed the shortage of the guidance to the mental health of the students on the basis of the traditional way, and then explores the innovative model.
