Abstract: Change of committed investment project may exert enormous influence on stock market, where the listed companies raised those capitals through IPO. With the data of Chinese stock market from January 16, 2000 -July 16, 2007, using econometric analysis models and methods, it empirically studied alternation of financing capital from IPO, and its impact to stock price volatility.
