Abstract: |
Soil and wheat samples were collected from chemical fertilizer plant through field-survey method, distributions and abundances of heavy metals Cr, Cd, Pb, Zn, Cu in soil samples and wheat were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the soil around chemical fertilizer plant was polluted by Cd. The soil was probably contaminated by the Cd sewage discharged by chemical fertilizer plant. The heavy metal accumulated differently in the organs of wheat. Cr, Cd, Pb and Cu primarily accumulated in root, Zn mainly enriched in seed. The bioaccumulated ability order was Cu>Cd>Zn>Cr>Pb. The correlation analysis indicated that the concentration of Cr, Cd, Cu in soil and bioaccumulation coefficients of Cr, Cd, Cu in wheat was positively negative. The Cd and Zn could be very similar in the sources of soil. The health risk assessment of heavy metal in wheat may indicate that the health of people in the chemical fertilizer plant district may be affected by Cr and Cd.
