Abstract: |
The paper takes Shannan District as an example, tested the fluorescent characteristics of hundreds of soil samples WSOM and the content of WSOC with RF-5301 fluorescence spectrometer, analyzed the general features of fluorescence spectrum and then contrasted different depth, density , origin and types of soil. It was found that no significant difference existed in the samples which were collected from Shannan District, but there is big variance in different soil. At the range of the experiments, fluorescence intensity was strengthened with increasing density, soil utilizing pattern plays important role in variation of fluorescent property of WSOM.
