Abstract: The development of industry has brought a series of environmental pollution problems. The innovation of environment monitoring method has become an important subject. As the advantages of real time, label-free detection, high sensitivity, microcantilever sensor becomes a kind of new-style method of environmental monitoring. This article reviewed the principle of microcantilever sensor, especially its working mode and read out, introducing environmental monitoring studies in gas and liquid, and its prospects in the field of environmental monitoring are discussed.
