Combined with the physical, chemical and biological index, toxicology index, the qualitative analysis and investigation of the water quality in the subsidence pool are carried on in Wabu Lake, the inherent laws of water quality variation are discussed. It was discovered that water is affected seriously by organic pollution and the content of DO, CODMn, TP, TN, NH3-N, heavy mental. Some other parameters are higher, the water quality condition is tended to the eutrophication status, where the relevance between the content of the nitrogen and the water quality change is more obvious than the phosphorus. Moreover, the phosphorus is influenced obviously by the environmental factors. It is suggested that, on the one hand, the change of the water quality of the lake is disturbed seriously by the environmental factors, its intrinsic law of development. If compared with the interior lake, it shows the obvious particularity.
