Abstract: The heat transfer printing is a new industry, so, there is no practical method to evaluate the fabrics color of the heat transfer printing. A simple and practical method used for evaluating the fabrics color of the heat transfer printing based on the color space Lab was discussed in this paper. Study on key method of subjective evaluation based on visual method combining objective image quality measure based on density measurement. The result is that it not only quantized the evaluated parameters but also met the psychological color feeling. At last, a practical and reliable method for evaluating the fabrics color of the heat transfer printing industry is provided.
