Abstract: According to the basic claim of the computer practice curriculum in university, by researching the practical open-sourcecode software kernel and application technique, an operating system practicing project was designed and implemented. The project includes that teaching design claim, the teaching plan design, the teaching process design, the teaching resources supporting plat on internet, the course reference manual, etc. All of these can ensure and improve the project being scientific, systematic, practicability and operability .The project can be used in the operating system practicing course directly .The design and system also can be referenced by the other software practicing course.
