Abstract: In view of the current VOD service, in this paper we use the open source of technology Lighttpd and Struts framework to build a FLV VOD billing system, which can make the streaming media server and Web server separately. After application test, we find that this technology can run well in VOD. Besides it also shows a good expansibility and maintainability.
