Abstract: This paper introduces the functions 、the hardware structure and software architecture of the dual serial communication controller which adopt the MSP430F149 chip as the main controller CPU. The controller played an important role in the tobacco curing junior baking system in cluster barn. The main function of this controller is to transmit the data acquired from the intelligent controller to the upper computer by the serial communication of RS-485C. In the master module, has completed the operation including data processing and data presentation using decimal number. This approach is conducive to staff access to accurate temperature and humidity of the curing barn and to ensure the quality of tobacco curing. This article describes the controller's hardware architecture and software design process. The controller has been successfully used in the yawu of Tengchong and hanbingma of Baoshan .
