Abstract: The design of analog predistorter which is worked at the frequency from 694MHz to 806MHz is introduced in this paper, which includes the circuit of analog predistorter based on MAX2010 and the control circuit of predistorter. In order to verify the validity of the circuit, a two-tone test on the 1W power amplifier worked at the frequency from 694MHz to 806MHz is performed, and it shows that the IMD3 of the PA at each frequency point achieves about 2-8dB improvements, increasing the linearity of power amplifier.
