Abstract: In this paper, a fully integrated multiband low power low noise amplifier (LNA) for WLAN and WiMAX is presented. The target frequency bands included 2.4GHz,5.2GHz and3.5GHz.This circuit achieve high gain and low power dissipation using current-reused technique in inter-stage. The output matching network is constructed of three parallel LC tanks. The design is simulated by TSMC 0.18um RF CMOS 1P6M process .The power gain of LNA is 20.6 dB at 2.4GHz, 19.09 dB at 3.5GHz and 15.1 dB at 5.2GHz.And NF are 3.3 dB at 2.4GHz, 2.5 dB at 3.5GHz and 2.7 dB at 5.2GHz_input and output return loss are below -10 dB for all desired frequency bands. With 1V voltage supply, the power dissipation is only 6.98mW
