Abstract: |
The effective use of the radio spectrum resources, which is considered as the significantly important national strategic resource, has become an important research topic. According to the actual situation of the spectrum allocation in china, this paper proposes to realize the dynamic spectrum allocation schematic by the introduction of the market mechanisms, and realize the frequency compliance share by the cognitive radio technology. This paper also gives the suggestions, such as encouraging the development of high-frequency spectrum resources etc., to improve the spectrum utilization.
